For Junior Landscape Designer position, we are looking for:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in landscape architecture.
- Minimum 3 years of experience Knowledge of site construction, plant materials, and construction documentation.
- Ability to work in a fast track office and capability of all aspects of design process.
- With high energy and motivation, ability to work in a team atmosphere, along with a willingness to learn and grow.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Fluent in Chinese.
For Mid-level Landscape Architect position, we are looking for:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in landscape architecture.
- Minimum 5 years of experience
- Self-disciplined and ability to work independently
- With highly developed skills in client communications, project scheduling, technical detailing, consultant coordination,
construction administration.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite
- Fluent in Chinese.
- Experience involved in International projects, or have won major awards is highly welcome.
- Licensure and LEED Certification a plus
For Junior Urban Designer position, we are looking for:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in urban planning, urban design, architecture or related design disciplines
- 1-3 years of experience.
- Ability to work in a fast track office with excellent communication skills to collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team of planners,
designers and landscape architects.
- Experience with creating master plans, conceptual designs, design diagrams, specific plans, and streetscape designs and design
guidelines.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp and Microsoft Office.
- Fluent in Chinese.
For Mid-level Urban Designer position, we are looking for:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in urban planning, urban design, architecture or related design disciplines.
- 3-5 years of experience
- Ability to work in a fast track office with excellent communication skills to collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team of planners,
urban designers and landscape architects.
- Self-disciplined and ability to work independently.
- With highly developed skills in client communications, project scheduling and consultant coordination.
- High-level hand drawing skills.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp and Microsoft Office.
- Experience involved in International projects, or have won major awards is highly welcome.
For Architect /Urban Designer position, we are looking for:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in architecture, or urban planning and urban design.
- 3-5 years of experience.
- With good sense in building design and experience with drawing production in the SD, DD and CD stage.
- Interested in broader urban setting and ability to work with projects in larger scale.
- Knowledge of site construction, building materials, and construction documentation.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite and SketchUp.
- Fluent in Chinese.
- Experience involved in International projects, or have won major awards is highly welcome.
- Licensure and LEED Certification a plus..
